Hybrid Coaching consist of a mix of traditional one-on-one sessions and working out by yourself. The cost of working with a personal trainer at a local gym can get pricey. Sessions at a gym can range anywhere from $50 to $200 per hour, depending on where you live, the trainers level of education, and his or her popularity. Working with an average trainer at your local gym three times per week for a month could cost you anywhere from $700 to $1000+. With hybrid coaching we have the capability to offer you a high level of service for less than half of that cost.
Hybrid Coaching provides more flexibility in your schedule than working with a traditional gym trainer. You truly have the ability to workout when and where you choose. You would meet with us once per month, bi-weekly, or weekly and during those session we would explain your workout, go over form/technique, and answer any additional questions you might have. Your workouts are sent to your phone via a Mobile App (both iOS & Android friendly). Inside the Mobile App, you will also have access to videos showing you how to correctly perform the exercises in your training program.
